What Makes this Brew So Perfectly Nutritious?

As a beverage connoisseur, cicerone and sommelier, I have spent years developing the perfect morning brew. I have spent many, many long days running major corporations, so it's also essential for me to create something that can activate my focus, enhance my discernment, increase my nutrition, minimize health risks, detox toxins and all without the typical crash of caffeine. So let's break down these ingredients. Please note that I am not a medical professional and the information below is intended for informational purposes only.

What is your Pineal Gland?

The pineal gland, also known as the pineal body, is a small pinecone shaped gland that sits deep within the center of the brain in the epithalamus. The pineal gland is responsible for melatonin production, hormonal regulation, regulating your circadian rhythm, and cosmically so much more. In Kundalini Yoga, it is the cosmic gateway and referred to as the "all seeing eye" in many cultures all over the world. It is the bridge between our internal and external world. The pineal gland or third-eye is also known as the sixth chakra (or light energy wheel).

What is Shilajit?

Shilajit is an organic compound found imbedded between rocks in the mountains of Himalaya. It takes centuries to form by the gradual decomposition of certain plants and action of microorganisms. It is a potent and very safe dietary supplement, restoring the energetic balance and prevention of many diseases. Recent investigations point to an interesting medical application toward the control of cognitive disorders associated with aging, and cognitive stimulation. It has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicines and is a powerful metal detoxing agent. Shilajit contains over 85 plant-derived trace minerals, including Humic Acid and Fulvic acid, both natural detoxifiers of heavy metals and environmental toxins. Taking Shilajit every day is, therefore, considered an effective way of decalcifying the Pineal Gland. In addition to detoxifying the body, Shilajit also delivers antioxidants and minerals directly to the cells, acting as a natural energy source. Below is the Shilajit that I prefer and a tiny bit goes a long way.

Common Ayurvedic uses for Shilajit:

Managing Diabetes

Improves Cognitive Functioning

Intestinal Troubles

Remedies Stress & Anxiety

Promotes Cardiac Functioning

Slows Aging

Remedies Pain & Inflammation

Treats Wounds & Ulcers

Prevents Anemia

Facilitates Weight Loss

Rectifies Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Chronic Pain

Ulcerative Colitis

And more...

What is Chaga?

Chaga (Inonotus Obliquus) is a mushroom that typically grows on birch trees in colder climates across the Northern Hemisphere. And it's super yummy. At least to me it resembles a dark unsweetened chocolate. I'm seriously obsessed with the natural energy it provides me too throughout the day. Below is the Chaga Mix I prefer.

Common Benefits of Chaga Mushroom:

Supports Immune System

Soothing Properties

Relieves Ulcers & Gastritis

Normalizes Blood Pressure

Normalizes Cholesterol Levels

Antimicrobial Activity

DNA Damage Protection

Antiviral Properties
